Customer Review For Mark’s Auto Spares





Although Mark’s Auto Spares get many reviews online or at the stores this one is worth sharing.

Good day, to the Management & Staff at Mark’s Auto Spares Inc. A few days ago, while my Husband & I were on our way to St. John via St. George, (we were going to visit family in both areas), a hose in our car burst, spewing coolant all over, causing the car to smoke.

We patched the hole with a rubber glove, MacGyver style. I made a call to my cousin, Old Young, & he suggested I call Mark’s Auto. I did. It was 10 minutes before closing time. Was told the price of the hose I needed.

We got there, & I was greeted with a smile & without even explaining myself again, was presented with the hose. Cashier was all smiles as well. Bought some coolant, just in case. Asked the young man if there was anyone who could assist us with attaching the hose. Without hesitation, he said he would! Wow!

The business was now closed. He came, helped us, along with two more of his workmates. From the start to the end, everyone was polite, helpful & informative. Kemar & colleagues at the Salter’s location, a heartfelt “Thank you!” You guys are a rarity in these times. Blessings to all. ~Allie A. Walkes.
